Please make sure that the items are properly packaged, complete and undamaged. Incomplete and damaged items will not be eligible for refund. If this is a non defective return, you are responsible for the return shipping. As a courtesy to our customers we are providing all returns with a prepaid shipping label. Please understand that the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. Also, please note that in cases of lower priced items, the return shipping label cost and the restock fee, may be more than the original price of the item. In these cases there will be no refund. The original outbound shipping costs are not refundable and there is a 20% restock fee. Non defective returns are listed as No Longer Needed; Bought by Mistake; and Better Price Available.If selecting any other categories, you will need to provide a concise description of the problem, if it is a power tool part, the Model/Catalog Number, Serial Number and Type or other identifying information will need to be provided, if it is not we will request by email that information and if it is not received the return will be processed as a non defective return. PLEASE NOTE: The majority of our return requests are incorrectly categorized, Item Defective or Doesn’t Work; Inaccurate Website Description; and Wrong Item Sent; we only guarantee the part that you ordered is the part that we sent, without contacting us we cannot guarantee that it will fit your tool. Selecting these categories to get a prepaid return label and a full refund without proof will only delay the return/refund process. In the cases where the item is defective or a mistake was made, we will give you a full refund, as well as the return shipping cost upon receipt of the item.

YouOldTool.com offers a 30 day warranty on our items against defect. All items must be returned in that time frame to be eligible for a refund. If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us directly so that we can correct the situation. We can only offer return shipping from the destination for which the item was shipped. Non defective items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non defective items returned with open packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee. And non defective items without the original manufacturer’s packaging are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Please do not ship back any items until you have contacted us and obtained return instructions. Orders paid with Paypal that are cancelled or non defective returned by the buyer will have the PayPal fees deducted from the total refund, as Paypal does not return those fees to us.
POWER TOOL PARTS: Please note, all power tool parts are sold by part number only and are only guaranteed this way. Please do not order based on a picture or description. Also, please note the model number that may be listed in the description is for reference only and is not to be used to make a determination of fitment as well. Also, the part may fit more tools than listed in the description. The best way to get a part number is to go to the Manufacturer’s Web Site and locate the diagram and parts list for your tool. All return requests must include the model number and serial number (as well as Type if applicable) of the tool that the item was purchased.
